These terms apply to your use of localopp.com and to services provided by Local Opp ("we," "us"). Your service agreement with us may include additional terms. If the two conflict, your service agreement controls.
Services
We provide website design and hosting, search engine optimization, Google Business Profile management, graphic design, reputation management, CRM setup, AI tools, and email and text marketing for businesses. The services included in your plan are described in your agreement.
Month-to-month plans
Plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Websites we build and host as part of a plan are taken down when the plan ends.
Our guarantee
We guarantee that the deliverables in your plan are completed each month. If they are not, that month's fee is waived. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, because these depend on search engines, competitors and other factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business, including licenses, certifications, warranties and pricing claims
- Review and approve content before it is published
- Provide the access we need, such as website logins and Google Business Profile manager access
- Follow the laws that apply to messages sent to your customers, including consent for texts
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and software providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
