Our Services
Local Opp provides Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and management services for home service businesses. Our services include a one-time GBP Optimization and ongoing monthly GBP Management, as described on our website.
Free Audits and Reports
We offer a free GBP audit and a free GBP Score Report. These are provided as informational tools with no obligation to purchase. The findings represent our professional assessment and are provided "as is."
Service Delivery
For GBP Optimization, we require contributor access to your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for granting and maintaining this access. We will present optimization work to you for review before it goes live. Turnaround times stated on our website are estimates and may vary.
Payment and Billing
GBP Optimization is a one-time fee. GBP Management is billed monthly. Our 12-month plan requires a commitment of twelve months at the discounted rate, billed monthly. Month-to-month management may be cancelled at any time.
Our Guarantee
Our 90-day guarantee applies to GBP Management as described on our guarantee page. We guarantee a measurable increase in customer activity on your Google Business Profile within 90 days, or we will refund your management payments. This guarantee covers customer activity metrics (profile views, clicks, engagement) and does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or revenue, as those outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information and, for management clients, to supply job site photos and materials as reasonably needed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for compliance with Google's terms of service for your business profile.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Opp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Local Opp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. We provide independent optimization services for profiles hosted on Google's platform.
